Insurance and Fees

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield IL, Aetna, and United). If your plan is out of network, I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Self-pay is accepted. Individual therapy sessions are $150, with an initial evaluation fee of $175.
