How long are sessions?

·       Sessions are typically 53-55 minutes.

What is trauma informed therapy?

·       Trauma-informed therapy focuses on understanding how past experiences shape the way you think, feel, and respond today. I prioritize safety, collaboration, and moving at your pace, creating a supportive space to build insight, coping skills, and healing.

Can I do virtual sessions?

·       Yes, I provide virtual and in person sessions.

How is therapy different for children versus adults?

·       Sessions for children often include creative activities and play while sessions with adults focus more on reflection, coping strategies and self exploration. Every sessions is tailored to your experience and moves at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

What if I don’t know what to talk about?

·       It’s completely normal to feel unsure about what to talk in therapy. Therapy is a safe supportive space where we can move at your pace and focus on what matters the most to you. Together, we’ll work together to find a focus that feels meaningful and supportive for your needs.
